1lb. Wahoo fillets; 2 eggs beaten; 1/2 cup flour; 1 cup chopped almonds; butter & chopped garlic. Coat fillets with egg, mix flour and almonds together, pat fillets in almond and flour mix, melt butter in skillet, add garlic to skillet, sear fillet in skillet about 5 min. each side. Serve with fresh, steamed vegetables.
